We just applied to Commons at Waters Edge. The leasing staff was helpful getting us set up to apply, they showed us the new community grills, playground and dog park. We are hopefully optimistic that we will be able to move in soon.
The new owners have hired a company to pick our trash up at our front door. What a huge add. Having a busy life, knowing I can place it in a sealed trash bag, in the container they provided, and it will be taken nightly has made my life easier.
We are enjoying the new amenities. The dog park is our favorite. We heard they are also working on a gym. Can not wait to see when everything is finished. The new ownership and new management company seem to be helpful and professional.
The leasing staff was so friendly and helpful.
