This place is not good , and the office folks are absolutely no help. If you can find something better

I was deceived for three months after paying a hold fee for an apartment! Nobody returns calls or messages. It’s impossible to talk to anyone in the office! I have reported this management to HUD and CGI as well as the BBB and Urban League of Columbus. I was told that CGI wasn’t doing inspections until further notice; and given my RTA Packet back and told to “go find a place”! CGI informed me that they were never sent such packet and I would have received a ticket number. Called for weeks no call back or even acknowledgment ... read more
I live out of state and began an application for relocating. I’ve called a total of 13 times, left voicemails and even spoke with a gentleman who assured me Sierra (spelling) the property manager would call back. He hung up without even getting my name or phone number. As expected she didn’t call back until a random day and I missed her call.
