BUYER BEWARE on Lokal homes. I have owned a Lokal town home since Aug 2024. Since that time, I have had 3 different roof leaks into the attic, an HVAC drain line leak that caused damage to bathroom ceiling and drywall that hasn't been fixed (been over a year now), exhaust fans that didn't work, 1 was not even wired and the other had the wire nut fall off with exposed wires hanging, also have a 40 foot crack in the foundation that goes from the garage door all the way out to the front patio area. I don't get answers and they are trying to sell me a unit. I have asked several times for the final paperwork to finish my loan application. I really trusted them!
