This place isn't too shabby. While it is not the Ritz Carlton hotel, it is definitely moving towards improvements. We have lived here for about a year and the grass has been cut at least once a week, trash is picked up, there is pest control, and the management is prompt to listening to your concerns. The price of the place is the best part. The move in options are some of the best out there and the rent for a 2 bed room is pretty reasonable. Lived here two months transition was smooth grounds are kept maintenance crew is moving around all day good sign keeping this place looking beautiful.
I just moved in about a month ago and so far I feel very comfortable here. They are doing a great job renovating the place and everyone is very friendly. Good place to live.
I just moved here several months ago. So far, the property has been great. The owners are working all the time making improvements on the aesthetics of the property, as well as the properties features. The apartments are conveniently located near food and attractions and is perfect for someone who drives or takes the bus. I've stayed here for two years and I e had no issues with noise or anything. The grounds are clean and the apartments are pretty clean.
I am new to the apartments and so far everything is great. My apartment was newly reminded with new appliances. I really like the improvements that are taking place. Great choice!!£
Management is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is good. They keep up with everything. Good Elementary school across the street.
