Great Staff and Even Better Updates Love the staff here. Especially the girls in the office, Jennifer and Melissa. They are so kind and helpful and full of Oklahoma Charm. The 24 hour emergency maintenance crew is great and responds quickly to any issues. The management is currently updating the property with renovations to the buildings, the grounds, and they are even bringing in a better quality of people to live here. Keep up the good work.
This place isn't too shabby. While it is not the Ritz Carlton hotel, it is definitely moving towards improvements. We have lived here for about a year and the grass has been cut at least once a week, trash is picked up, there is pest control, and the management is prompt to listening to your concerns. I just moved in about a month ago and so far I feel very comfortable here. They are doing a great job renovating the place and everyone is very friendly. Good place to live.
I just moved here several months ago. So far, the property has been great. The owners are working all the time making improvements on the aesthetics of the property, as well as the properties features. The apartments are conveniently located near food and attractions and is perfect for someone who drives or takes the bus. I've stayed here for two years and I e had no issues with noise or anything. The grounds are clean and the apartments are pretty clean.
I am new to the apartments and so far everything is great. My apartment was newly reminded with new appliances. I really like the improvements that are taking place. Great choice!!£
Management is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is good. They keep up with everything. Good Elementary school across the street.
