I have been living here a little over two years now! Amazing stay! Leasing lady Ms. Rochella is PHENOMENAL ! Very hands on! On top of everything! Very kind! Makes things easygoing for people that live in the complex! Also I Love the community overall!
The newest manager Rochella has been wonderful. I have lived here for three years going on four and I can say she is the best I have witnessed. She is attentive, and truly cares about the community. Since she has started- our outdoor lights that were out for over a year have been fixed, parking issues addressed, any issues with pets and noise has decreased, and the grounds are clean thanks to maintenance. I have always received same day response to any email sent. I will continue to renew with a staff like this.
Was trying to inquire about a 3 bedroom today. Came up to the office early. Nobody ever came into the office. Called the office number multiple times and nobody called me back. Would love to hear back from someone about a 3 bedroom. Would've given better rating if my time hadn't been wasted today
We moved here in February and so far it’s been great! Our neighbors are nice, the property is well maintained and the area is wonderful. Staff is understanding and very friendly. For those who enjoy walking/biking, the Midland Trace Trail is directly attached to the neighborhood, which can take you several miles down the Monon Trail and Cool Creek Park.
