This place is disgusting. Mold everywhere up the walls and on the stair railings. Not to mention the literally feces by the elevator.
The worst customer service on earth. Office staff is friendly as long as you don't have any complaints. They left my 93 yo mother without AC for ten days (and counting) in 85+ degrees weather. They sent a 'repair man' after 4 days, who, not only did not fix the problem, but left saying he 'would be right back' only to never return. We called the office several times, but they didn't care at all. Send several tickets, nobody ever answer. I had nothing but good treatment here,the workef and managment are really hard to make improvements that need it. The people that live here seems very nice. I'm glad I moved here
