Is it true that 1 of the 2 elevators on the property has been down (not working) since August of 2022?
The apartment is perfect for me. The grounds are well kept. I had an issue with my refrigerator and stove- stove was quickly repaired and a new refrigerator installed. There is one manager with no assistant. When manager is off there is only the Maintenace Man on site- while issues can be called in to the emergency number I would love more comfortable with the office being manned by management The apartments are managed by Artcraft- but owned by an investment group. Debbie was AWESOME, even though I didn't take the apartment because too far from family 😢 Staff are warm and welcoming, grounds are clean and residents were friendly. If my situation changes I'll DEFINITELY go back there.
The Front of the property is always dirty in front of office and community room. The elevator are always dirty and the floor of the elevator has not been was in the 2 years I've been there.
