My husband and I LOVE living here!!!! The apartments are spacious and lots of natural light from all of the windows. The neighborhood community is safe and SO welcoming! Everyone is so sweet! The office staff are AWESOME - They’re so responsive and personable! They also always are setting up great community events to try and bring everyone together which is a lot of fun - workout class opportunities, holiday events, outdoor summer concerts, etc! I'm so disgusted with the commons at Boston rd, I have called for a week because my water and heat keep going out, I was told it because it was so cold out, now I've lived here for four years and it never went out because of the cold. it went out Saturday morning I called no one came I got home to a freezing house and I have two small children I did call again, they came to try to fix, it they were here for an hour and a half they could not fix it and was told there's nothing that can be done and said theres no more heaters ... read more

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when your furnace pilot goes out but we are glad that we were initially able to get our maintenance team out there the first time.We are also very fortunate that we were able to get a plumber out over the weekend to take a look at the pilot when it persisted. We appreciate your patience while we work toward getting this completely fixed for you and restore your faith in our community.
this apartment is over on price and not a helpful staff. I would not refer to anyone.
The management is very helpful and kind
We love our home here. The apartment is roomy and bright, the office staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and willing to help (plus they are nice to my cats when they come in- a big plus!). The best part is knowing when I come home that the landscaping is done, the snow removal is done (I can hear them shoveling the walks while the snow is still falling), the pool is ready, the gym is always available, the common areas are clean and if I do have an issue, I know it will be dealt with promp... read more
The office seems to be having trouble with finding helpful people and people who care about the residents. No longer do I rate it a 5.
