Very loud complex especially at night. Loud music from cars and can park where ever they want regardless what the rules and the worst tenants coming from the building the manager's office is which is pathetic.Look other places to live unless you are desperate like we were being this was our first place after 4 years of being homeless. Very noisy complex and constant repair issues. Been without drywall in kitchen now for two months. Lots of theft homeless and loud between 10pm and 7am. My husband and I are young parents but because we're young we don't deserve to be listened to. Neighbors suck they're loud above us and we don't be weird and hit the ceiling. But our neighbors downstairs do that to our kids. Currently looking for another place because my kids and I deserve better than this place has to offer. I've lived at the commons over 15year It's like the sinking Titanic and they allowed homeless people to bring weapons in and will not get a guard to even protect us at night. They allow drugs to be sold out of the commons. And they allow people to attack you and will do nothing about it. All the pipes in the building are breaking and you lose your apartment in a flash it's a horrible place. Management doesn't give a damn and whoever owns it is not fixing it
1 year later and we still need numerous repairs in our apartment & if it's not one thing it's another. Laundry card machine has been down since last Friday. Can't even comfortably live in CENTER COMMONS - do not recommend living here once so ever. Maintenance is no help they "put in work orders" then ignore you until you complain
This is the worst place I lived now my dog is nervous and somebody has a key to my apartment and stoled some food that piss me off
