Awful place. My move in date was delayed last minute twice. The second time it was delayed I had all my things packed up and in a u-haul when i was told I couldnt move in yet. (This was already a full week after my original move in date) when I finally did get moved in the AC was broken. It was 90 degrees outside in the middle of summer, I reported the broken AC immediately and was told somebody would be out to fix it that evening. The worst living experience I could never see myself going back to this place. It was broken into countless times, the few minor or major problems we had never got fixed. Our toilet was badly clogged for the last 4 months and we went every weeks to the office but it never got fixed or even looked at. Bed bugs, rodents, a/c and heating units problems were huge issues. The exterminator came and sprayed but only made the situation worse. The pool didn't open until mid July due to "cleaning problems". It was a horrifying experie... read more
Feel tricked and lied to I seen the pictures of the pool but now feel it’s false advertising. It’s now June 14th 2018 and it’s still closed. 3rd summer in a row its extremely late to open. I feel ripped off by this and look forward to moving away from here before next summer!!! No one in upper management returns calls either. Always paid rent on time but can see they want me to just go away. This seems the only way to be heard and thought you all should know.
Horrifying Experience The office gave me furniture that already had bedbugs, then refused to get rid of the pests. I had to come out of pocket to exterminate. My home and car were burglarized more than four times and despite the office bragging about security cameras, none of my belongings were secured nor culprits nabbed. They refused to repair my a/c unit for four months, driving my one bedroom utility costs to more than double or triple what is expected. Now, as of winter, my heating unit is out.
