Sharon I have been here for almost 4 months and I don’t have any issues with this place. They are great to respond when something needs to be done. I have never had issues with cockroaches or anything. So whom ever stated that, they must not be very clean. You are in an apartment, so you should be extra clean and keep things in bins and canisters. I rest my case, people.
I had a short but long 3 months here….. my apartment was INFESTED with cockroaches. They wouldn’t let me out of my lease without a fight, and on top of that had to rid of all my brand new furniture just in case it carried a roach egg. I’m now at the marina for 4 years now and have yet to even see a spider in my apartment. When I say INFESTED I mean every kind of roach specie you can imagine, was there! Do not sign a lease here. If I could’ve stayed here longer I would! Sanjana and Savannah were great property managers. I have friends from other complexes complaining about their management and their complex but really no complain on my end. The parking is limited but understandable because of the lot. If you need a quiet place with great neighbors and great management (and maintenance team too! Quickly responds) i recommend this place!
This place since mid 2017 until present time July of 2018 has become, under new administration, a very ghetto place with “dudes” walking around the complex with below butt line pants, the gym is a total disaster dirty and with pee smell and the worst is dog poop everywhere and nobody picking after. I would blame the apartments administration for admitting just anyone to live here. Not recommend it at all.
