The Commons is a great spot for a relaxing meal. The folks there are all friendly, helpful and nice. The atmosphere is simple and extremely comfortable in kind of a farm house way. The meals are comfort food with a chef's twist added. As a special treat to myself I had a coffee milkshake to top off dinner. Definitely going back and going to bring friends!
Nice and quaint eating place
Hostess gave us a table outside and told us to order inside, while we were ordering she put someone else in our table. Biscuits and gravy was Awful, biscuits were hard and dried out. Americano was the color of hot tea, blah. Don't waste your time or money, definitely not worth either.
We sat outside it wasn't too cold we enjoyed the openness. However it's late bee season so we did battle 2 frustrated bees. The wait staff helped to move them along. But I really did not like any of the food. When the spoiled dog refuses to eat the eggs you know it's for the best. The Waffles were overcooked and hard. The chicken too fried and the only good thing was the cola was a nice change. Nikki not karen.
