Order chicken tenders, awful, just awful. This place has a disappointing kitchen, and despite having quality food in the businesses around them, they chose to not only offer subpar food, but ban outside food from entering, making or difficult for me to watch a comedy show that I showed up to support a friend. Staff was incredibly kind but very defensive about their food, they shouldn't be. The tots tasted good, but visually looked sad, lacked color. Very cool place with a lot of interesting trinkets throughout the building. Food came out relatively quickly. Nice place to go for a quick sandwich and a drink. Only negative is it would be nice if breakfast sandwiches were offered all day or at least a little later, like noon or 1 pm.
Have variety of canned and bottled drinks and bar on tap. Bar tenders are chill and friendly. Highly recommend for a quick meet up or relax session. My recommended weekly visit spots in Charlotte for friendly and eclectic atmosphere.
Common Market in Southend is seriously one of the coolest spaces I’ve been to in a while! There are so many seating options - you can sit upstairs in the loft area, at the bar, at tables inside, or take it outside to the patio. Whether you want something cozy and tucked away or open and social, they have it. They also have several outlets available which is perfect if you’re working or just need to charge up.
