Stay Away... Used CG to lease a commercial shop for me in Rothwell. The tenant moved in and failed to pay her first 2 instalments of rent, so I questioned the CG on what DD was done. They sent me an ABN check and a mediocre credit check that would have take 5 minutes to complete. No application form, no identification, no written references/documentation and explained that it was up to the solicitors to do the financial checks - this might be the case but NO other agent I have used in the past has done such little in the pro... read more
