Cleanliness, maintenance and general management issues We lived in one of the 2 bedroom river facing, corner apartments at the Commerce building for a year. This is a historic downtown building, redesigned as a contemporary loft-style apartment building—I think a nice addition to BR. Overall, I really enjoyed the design of our apartment and the building.
