Called three times in the last week, asking to open a business account with them, and been told that someone would call me back the same day, haven't heard back anything for over 5 business days, poor communication. Don't recommend going here if you need something done quick/ prompt communication.
Working with Commerce Bank of Oregon has been one of the most disappointing banking experiences I’ve had in Oregon. The relationship management team has consistently fallen short of expectations — communication is poor, responsiveness is slow, and I often felt the focus was on the bank’s bottom line rather than helping my business grow.
