My roommates and I lived here from 2020 to 2022. You can't find a closer apartment complex to the University of Utah campus, and you're also conveniently located next to a couple shops and restaurants on 1300 E. Older style but very, very clean apartments with beautiful, original wood floors.
Lived here for 1 year. The building is a little bit old but no issues in the facilities. Any required maintenance is done in a fairly reasonable time. The shared laundry room is also easily accessible. Probably the closest apartment building to the presidents circle at the U.
Really nice building very close to campus. I enjoyed living here for 2 years and had a great experience with the Landlord Fredy, he was always very kind and helpful when we reached out.
A beautiful building but really the worst landlord I’ve ever had. Fredy is the worst communicator, processed almost everything late, and lied to me about communication with my roommate (she showed me the texts so that’s ridiculous). He’d also always try to communicate late and night on the weekend which was weird. Also added me as a friend on Facebook? My whole experience was chaotic and frustrating.
