I tried to call to see if anything was available.I then spoke to a rude lady who said" nothings available I have to go" and hung up. No wonder why there's so many 1 star reviews. When you can't even call and ask questions about the apartment.
Doesn’t get much closer to campus than this. The landlord is great and made it easy to live here.
My roommates and I lived here from 2020 to 2022. You can't find a closer apartment complex to the University of Utah campus, and you're also conveniently located next to a couple shops and restaurants on 1300 E. Older style but very, very clean apartments with beautiful, original wood floors.
Lived here for 1 year. The building is a little bit old but no issues in the facilities. Any required maintenance is done in a fairly reasonable time. The shared laundry room is also easily accessible. Probably the closest apartment building to the presidents circle at the U.
