Doesn’t get much closer to campus than this. The landlord is great and made it easy to live here.
My roommates and I lived here from 2020 to 2022. You can't find a closer apartment complex to the University of Utah campus, and you're also conveniently located next to a couple shops and restaurants on 1300 E. Older style but very, very clean apartments with beautiful, original wood floors.
Lived here for 1 year. The building is a little bit old but no issues in the facilities. Any required maintenance is done in a fairly reasonable time. The shared laundry room is also easily accessible. Probably the closest apartment building to the presidents circle at the U.
Really nice building very close to campus. I enjoyed living here for 2 years and had a great experience with the Landlord Fredy, he was always very kind and helpful when we reached out.
