Last year in November, purchased a Dorsal bed frame from Italy, and a latex mattress. I called yesterday to explain that the end of one slat cap is broken. This store has replied that although they have the spare caps in the warehouse, unfortunately they cannot assist until 7.1.2026 (for this 5 min fix). I'm totally honest when I say I can't fix this and now two slats are missing. Staff is saying I can still sleep on this frame but my common sense says no. About a decade ago I bought a sports latex mattress and bed frame here. I recall the sales process being pleasant and easy for me. Going on over 10 years, the bed is still wonderful and still probably one of the best beds available.

The Comfort Shop is extremely well run by David and Matt...expert advise before and after the purchase...the shop itself has excellent selection for varying options for beds, study desks, furniture etc with clever combinations of hidden pull down systems fantastic for areas where you are limited with space and options.. Very pleased with the quality of the Penelope wall bed. David and Matt in the Crows Nest showroom provided plenty of useful advice, with nothing seeming to faze them and Alan installed the bed which went incredibly smoothly.
