Complete disregard for pet owners! I received a letter Friday evening that management needed access to my unit the following Monday through Wednesday and that my pet needed to be caged. On top of that the manager was already gone for the weekend and won’t be back until Monday. This is terrible planning followed by poor communication and a lack of respect for my time and the safety of my dog.
I have lived here for a year, and have enjoyed it very much. I am glad things have turned around for the better. Elizabeth, the leasing manager, has been incredibly kind, professional, and was willing to work with me. Leesa is great as well! Always smiling and taking care of my requests.
I had a review up here but I don’t know what happened to it. Keep in mind, the leasing office offered a $500 off rent raffle for positive reviews last month, just to boost their ratings. Notice how most of them just moved in? Give it some time and they’ll see what most of us deal with these past couple years. If you get a good apartment, then you lucky. My mother lives here, and I manage everything for her. She first received an email stating there would be a giveaway if residents leave a positive review. Just a few days later, another email was sent explaining that the entire maintenance team had either quit or been fired. Given that information, why would anyone feel comfortable leaving a good review? The conditions at this property are unacceptable. The management is horrendous. Maintenance is terrible. The front gate is never closed so the property is not safe or secure. The communication is terrible. No one ever answered the phone at the leasing office when we needed them to. We informed them in person two months in advance that we were moving out when our lease expired, but it was not communicated to the manager, and since we didn't put it in writing we were stuck there longer than we wanted to be paying month to month fees.
