Amazing, exceedly and genuine customer service received from Leesa. I viewed 4 other apartment communities the experience and knowledge of the community I received at Wynnwood Vinings was like non-other. Thank you Leesa for welcoming me home.
I have been trying to call for three days for a leaking air conditioner using their emergency line. No one ever calls back and no one will even answer the office phone during business hours. My job does not allow me to stop by the office during normal hours. It’s infuriating. Air conditioning does not work and the water is leaking Down on the floor from the apartment above. Someone please provide a direct contact to someone. Thanks
I’ve lived here for about 4 years now. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been the best experience in the last year due to maintenance issues. I would give five stars if I just based it on some of staff: LaDonna (she’s relatively new, assistant manager) is so nice, professional, and proactive. Leesa has always been cool and quick to help me, too. Joel and Bryant on the maintenance team always go above and beyond to handle my issues and make sure it’s completed. This place has gone down badly in the last year. I’ve had so many maintenance requests that have gone unanswered but are marked completed in the portal. The worst part is this new manager that started in Sept 2025. She hasn’t introduced herself via an email announcement to the property and she is incredibly rude! I followed up on a maintenance request in person and she kept cutting me off, wouldn’t confirm the correct time I could expect the vendors to come, and then told me that she could just let me out of my lease.
