Don’t even live here I went to tour the apartment and I was sat down and told to wait, even though I was there on time which is already showing or priorities are in my opinion, and I was not excited to continue the tour
I was in a domestic situation and I followed the instructions stated in the lease that if I turned in a police report and temporary protection order have a 30 day written notice that I'd be removed from the lease I shared with the individual this happened in November. I tried everything I could civilly to be patient and wait. They continued to say it'll be taken care of. Months to resolve even basic service requests, billing issues, unannounced water shutoffs, and valet trash service is a scam.
Do not move over here. Do not do it. What they do is you can live in the house for about however many years and all the stuff is old on the inside and when you move, they’ll try to get you to pay for it and if you call them, it takes them 2 to 3 weeks for them to come don’t do it 2 to 3 weeks for any maintenance issue. It’s also a rat. Was there roaches was there every time you go in and call them their maintenance is 2 to 3 weeks before anybody comes out don’t d. It you will hate it
Toured this property with Lisa during a resident event & had the best time meeting residents, having food and the staff at a pool party! The Property & Assistant manager were also outside and very nice. Cool experience during my leasing search
