**UPDATE** 04/15/2026 - Still in collections. These Greedy apartments and managers want to keep my deposit AND charge me to "Resurface" 40year old tubs at a cost of over $400. I wrote back to them with pics of the very clean apartment I left them with. Still not good enough as they originally sent me someone elses rental agreement, but they are correct on the dirty apartment and damaged tubs. Please see the pics attached.
