**UPDATE** 08/15/2026 - Still in collections. These Greedy apartments and managers want to keep my deposit AND charge me to "Resurface" 40year old tubs at a cost of over $400. I wrote back to them with pics of the very clean apartment I left them with. Still not good enough as they originally sent me someone elses rental agreement, but they are correct on the dirty apartment and damaged tubs. Please see the pics attached. If you are considering renting at Wynnwood Vinings, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My apartment has had a persistent phorid fly infestation that remains unresolved despite maintenance visits, traps, cleaning the P-traps, and money spent trying to address the issue myself. I later learned from another resident that the previous tenant in my unit reportedly dealt with the same problem and moved out while it was occurring. They moved me in knowing all of this. Daryl is an amazing worker. He’s always willing to come urgently to resolve any work order and doesn’t rush to hurry and get to the next work order, he actually see if he can fix it unlike others who’ve been here for the same issue. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dryer and he is respectful when he enters my unit. He does a great job overall!
Do not move over here. Do not do it. What they do is you can live in the house for about however many years and all the stuff is old on the inside and when you move, they’ll try to get you to pay for it and if you call them, it takes them 2 to 3 weeks for them to come don’t do it 2 to 3 weeks for any maintenance issue.
