Hi, the phone lines and answering service do not work again. So, I cannot reach anyone. Someone closed my request without resolving it. As you can see, I send a request about once a month since I moved in (May) about the AC. The maintenance is not good. Living in the heat for an entire weekend is dreadful. Especially since I work from home. Either the windows need to be repaired or the screens do not fit so I cannot open them. If you are applying with your spouse or someone make sure both your credit is good because you will be denied. I was denied because my credit was perfect but my wife's was a few points below. I am the one who is working and she is not it's my paycheck they looked at and it's more than 4 times the amount needed. now is this a way of making money by denying people and keeping their application fee something to look into
I don’t feel very safe. Office staff is great, but they can only do so much.
Avoid them at all cost! Hidden fees galore and management refuses to honor pricing or apartment selection. I incurred over $1300 worth of added fees because of management incompetence. Spare yourself and your wallet!
The apartments are nice and spacious, but over priced. Everytime I placed a request for maintenance, whether it was an emergency or not, it took forever to get the issue fixed. The best thing going for the complex is Rick. It was always a pleasure to speak and work with Rick. Jackie is straight up nasty.
