Not sure why they changed their name, maybe it was bad reviews under their old name of Columns at Chicopee. Never fix things as scheduled, enter your apartment without notice, I kill AT LEAST 2 roaches per day. Pest control only puts bait around which does nothing. I'm supposed to be scheduled every Thursday and they never come. The apartment is spacious. That's the only thing I like. Oh yea, the lighting in the back apartments are out and there is a whole in the fence. No one has addressed this issue despite my requests.
