Beware And run don't walk from this incompetant Attny – I went for a consult as I had done my first Bankruptcy with him in 2001. In 2008 he said I could file in 3 months and I retained him. I made several pmnts paying 2000.00 plus. Then he informed me that he made a mistake because the new legislation meant I could not file number 2 for 8 yrs instead of 7 as he had said.
