Great Attorney, he knew what he was talking about, he explained the process to me and he answered all of my questions. Mr. Colpitts is very educated and if he does not know that answer he will find it and let you know what is going to happen. He has made a difference in my life.
Beware And run don't walk from this incompetant Attny – I went for a consult as I had done my first Bankruptcy with him in 2001. In 2008 he said I could file in 3 months and I retained him. I made several pmnts paying 2000.00 plus. Then he informed me that he made a mistake because the new legislation meant I could not file number 2 for 8 yrs instead of 7 as he had said.
