They aren’t accepting new color clients at this time at all. They asked me to try getting a haircut and waiting for a color appointment. I was given a lot of inaccurate information about hair coloring including that color can’t be successfully lifted. I was given a lovely haircut that was specifically not the haircut I wanted and told to box dye my hair at home. I left fighting tears. I colored my hair as directed hoping that this was the solution. It looks awful. I have a lovely haircut though its not what I wanted and my h... read more
