I had a great experience at this salon, as a man and being bald I didn't feel I needed to get anything done, however as I have gotten older there seems to be hair growing out of places that are hard to get at, Ears, Nose, Eyebrows. I actually had my nose hairs waxed. It was not as crazy as it sounds, and the after effect is great. I just got a Brazilian Blowout at The Colour Bar and it was awesome! The environment was so fun, the salon is beautiful, totally redone and really boutique like! The receptionist was so attentive - I was offered coffee, water and a goodie right when I walked. All the girls seemed to be a team and a family! I highly recommend checking it out!
I recently went into The Colour Bar to get a color corrected that I had done in another salon in Simi. Sometimes when you walk into a salon you feel intimidated, especially if you don't have an appointment and you don't know who you are going to go to. That wasn't my experience this time, I was greeted warmly and offered coffee and water right away.
