Gabriela has been a phenomenal therapist for me for many years. She has helped me through childhood trauma, conflict resolution, accountability and miles of self growth. Her responses are not always what I want to hear but they are the perfect first step towards discovery and growth. Her office was always welcoming and warm and even once I moved to remote sessions I always felt very comfortable. I highly recommend Gabriela for all your therapy needs!
Gabriela was not a good fit for me. She states she specializes in trauma and worked at DV shelters, but was very unempathetic and I felt judged most sessions. She did not seem focused in on our sessions. It did not feel welcoming. Many cancellations or times she was late. We did things like brain spotting which triggered a lot more trauma being exposed shortly after leaving an extremely abusive situation. Would not recommend. Find someone who cares
