Unfortunately did not get to experience due to booking an appointment almost 4 weeks in advance only to be told they aren’t open that day. Now I’m scrambling to find another salon last minute 😥 Edited to add: I was unable to find a decent salon that could get me in on that day so out of luck. The owner did reach out but did not offer a solution nor seemed apologetic mostly just aggravated with the situation which is understandable but not professional.
