Applied for 1 bedroom aptm. After couple of days bunch of email requesting additional information. It went on like that for couple of days. 2 weeks later still no answer. No responce on my email requesting decission. They charged me over $300 for aplication, I know I qualify bc I was already approved somewhere else. Simply scammers. I can only imagine how long tenants have to wait for maitenance...
Honestly if you’re thinking about living here. Don’t. The management couldn’t be worse, this place is absolutely awful to its tenants. Charges for late fees at mail room (but will lock it up randomly at night), the towing cars situation is absolutely atrocious. Clearly they’re getting a kickback from the tow trucking company because it’s insane how fast they will tow your guests car. Visited the property on 18 October 2025 @ 11:00 for the 1bd/1ba 631sqft unit that I was priced at $1,261.00/m. Met w/ leasing agent Colleen who told me verbally prior to the tour, that I would qualify and can afford up to $1300 after providing my 3 recent paystubs in-person. Curtis did an excellent job! He quickly repaired my sink and also cleaned the air conditioner filters. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciate his work , highly recommend him!
