Do you have a Quick question, no time for help in other words, she really didn't' have time to assist me, and lack of communication responsiveness with an attitude. After all of this no one has contacted me yet? Concerning my paperwork, can you believe that?
Laundry machines broken for months on end, inconvenient changes that benefit nobody, their printer "amenity" never works, parcel room poorly managed packages everywhere, total chaos and packages are still being stolen after inconveniently changing access hours. Cost has went up from $1100 to $1700 in 3 years with nothing to show for it. Planning to move.
The place is nice, clean, and shady. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and I hope to stay there again soon. It's in a good community, with easy and convenient access.
