The Colonnade is a heritage property on the south side of Bloor Street in the middle of the "Mink Mile" and surrounded by exquisite shops and cafes. This 1960s property has private residences as well as the designer shops one can find at street level. We moved into the Colonnade early 2020. I love the low rise feeling of this vintage building! Renting here is hassle free. Today I noticed my kitchen sink was not draining. I called our front desk and minutes later two workers arrived and fixed it. So very happy we decided to rent rather than buy a condo!
