The Colonnade is a heritage property on the south side of Bloor Street in the middle of the "Mink Mile" and surrounded by exquisite shops and cafes. This 1960s property has private residences as well as the designer shops one can find at street level. I have lived here for three years, and it is a highly different experience than owning one's own place, especially when one needs assistance from the property management. I am referencing the Colonnade parking a dilapidated ready to collapse structure that has been under construction for more than 7 years that I have been parking in that location a total nightmare. Upgraded their parking automation system for entry and exit The only problem is no one actually knows how to use it and on top of that sometimes it doesn't register your plate correctly and you'll end up with a bill for more than what you anticipate then pressing for service takes forever and when you do finally get service the per... read more
