I have seen a lot of improvements since new management. The 2 biggest for me was that they upgraded the gym equipment, elevators that work, and security cameras. They also replaced the bikes for the community. Cleaned up the riff raff that tries to hang out in the lobby. When I go to the office for issues it's address in a timely manner. Thank you Colonials management team.

Wanted to let everyone know what a great worker Dan is. He just fixed something in my kitchen and I am very pleased with his work. He always makes sure any task he completes is done correctly. Never have to have someone come back and correct it. Very happy with his work ethic. You should be proud to have him working here.
