I lived here a few years ago and the team was excellent. I moved back about a year ago and to no surprise they are still great. Emily in the office has been a pleasure and I can't say enough good things about the engineering team!!! Thanks for making it easy guys.
John and the maintenance team have done amazing with keeping my apartment in working condition. Every maintenance request is responded to the same day or by the next morning, things are fixed promptly, and anything that can't be fixed is quickly replaced. They've been fantastic and I'm very grateful for all their help.
I have to celebrate our maintenance workers. I don’t think I’ve ever lived anywhere and maintenance orders were completed on the same day they are received. I have called for several situations and all were handled with efficiency and professionalism. I have to call John and Derek by name. Greetings, I had a lovely time during my tour of the Colonials Apartment Homes, as Emily and Kaityln were a pleasure to work with throughout my apartment tour process.
