Hello I would personally thank Dan Heston in the Maintenance Department in the Colonials in Cherry Hill NJ. Dan is great, he is also very friendly and goes above and beyond with his work. Our refrigerator had to be replaced and he serviced us back and forth and after we got the refrigerator he came back the next day to see how it was working. Dan is such a blessing here at The Colonial Apts. Thank you Dan ❤️

Officially moved in and have nothing but good things to say about the CAH community. Jay was welcoming, helpful, and addressed all of our needs from our initial tour, to leasing, move in, and beyond. Maintenance has been incredible with fixing anything we needed! Not only is maintenance service fast and efficient, but the maintenance team is so kind and genuinely wants residents to feel supported.
