Greetings, I had a lovely time during my tour of the Colonials Apartment Homes, as Emily and Kaityln were a pleasure to work with throughout my apartment tour process. Also, the apartment complexs on the property were kid-friendly and I found the newly renovated 2-bedroom and 2-bath apartment I visited to be in pristine condition with moderate living, dinning, seating, entertainment, and storage spaces. I went for a tour, the place was very beautiful, spacious and cozy. Jay was very nice and informative.
I have seen a lot of improvements since new management. The 2 biggest for me was that they upgraded the gym equipment, elevators that work, and security cameras. They also replaced the bikes for the community. Cleaned up the riff raff that tries to hang out in the lobby. When I go to the office for issues it's address in a timely manner. Thank you Colonials management team.
