We are somewhat satisfied with the new leadership of Colonial Apartments, but there are some gaps in the tenants' area, which I hope will be resolved soon. For example, some tenants use marijuana inside their apartments, which is very harmful to their other neighbors. Although I complained to the office, unfortunately, no action has been taken yet.
This complex management is the worst Their conditioning is not working for two weeks and the heat is over 90s and they’re not fixing it and they don’t really care.
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! Poor management. Terrible communication. Extremely unprofessional, and thats saying the least. I did not receive any requested maintenance service from the office until I. called multiple times. They have extreme difficulty answering current and previous tenants questions when inquiring about unit issues. I should not have to recommend and referral my friend here they never give me the referral bonus as I refer before and received my bonus with monarch the manager only told me that she will ask and email her boss but never told me about the decision I don’t know how long the email response take between the landlord and regional manager
