I moved into the Colonial Building in 2021 and just moved out last month 10/2024. At first I thought it was nice here, great windows, cute one bedroom, decent area, but in the past 3 years management has changed 3 times. Most recently, MTH management took over, and it is an absolute disgusting mess. The transition between companies wasn’t easy for them ( they will let you know this several times) but they can’t use this as an excuse forever. Well maintained with great management. Staff was always friendly and prompt with responses.
The Colonial in Kalamazoo is such a great place to live! The property team is great with assisting with any need and the location is perfect for downtown vibes!
