My experience with Collision man has always been great! Moody the mechanic is upfront and honest with what work my vehicle has needed. Will continue to bring my truck here for service.
They have dragged my repair on for weeks, kept telling me they'd call back but they didn't. Went down to find out what's going on, and they couldn't find my order, asked how I paid because they couldn't find any record of my deposit. Finally scheduled my repair, only to cancel and reschedule it when I showed up for my appointment. This time they told me they would call me to confirm before the appointment if the parts were in.
