I used The Collision Company for the first time ever. And it was the best experience I've ever had. From the very start, Terry, the owner, picked up my phone call and explained the entire process. He even helped me take pictures for insurance and when I wasn't given enough money, he filed a claim on my behalf and got the needed funds. Sean was great throughout the whole process. The estimate was very competitive and reasonable. But most importantly the work was perfect. There is no way to tell there was ever any damage. I highly recommend this company.
Terry and Shawn are both pleasant to work with. They were willing to accommodate my schedule. They did a good job painting and repairing the minor damage to my car. I noticed a slight issue with the paint at one spot. I took my car back and they promptly took care of it.
Went above and beyond on my repair. Highly recommend.
