After regular turnover of maintenance technicians, Zach was the without a doubt the MVP of the lumberyard. He was responsive, helpful and very respectful of residents time. Unfortunately Zach was one of few bright spots at the Lumberyard. As mentioned by the others, the location is also fantastic. The management in our time living from 2022-2024 was incompetent and downright rude in nearly all of the encounters we had to get anything fixed or solved (e.g., broken garage door for 6+ months, deafening fire alarm going off for ... read more
Great community in the heart of Collingswood right next to the fountain! Walking distance to all shops and a great place to stay!
Checked this place out and it seems really nice. The layout is very functional and they were very detailed and helpful
Zach fixed my dryer . He promptly responded to my work request and had it running again in no time. I appreciate the courtesy and responsiveness oh both Zach and Sean
