During the time of owning shops, he also made many coin shows across the nation and eventually modified the business approach to a full time schedule of shows nationwide. Been back multiple times during business hours and the store is never open
I don't know if there are other staff members that served the customers from the other reviews, but the older man who we dealt with was grumpy and rude. He exhibited zero customer service, or even people skills. It's as though he couldn't force himself to even pretend to be nice.
Owner severely lacking in customer etiquette. Called to confirm shop was open, no answer first time. Tried again few mins later, owner picked up and asks why Im calling from Indiana. Well Sir, I am active duty, lived in Indiana and stationed in TX now. If that makes any difference. Decided to stop by none the less as the coin shops are unfortunately few and far between. Walked in and owner was assisting another costumer. Browsed around at the very limited stock in search of a gift for my father in law and waited for about 15... read more
