Booked an appointment 11 days in advance with Kelly. She texted me at 10:30am the morning before.. Apparently I didn’t respond soon enough and she cancelled my appointment. God forbid you have a 9-5 and can’t be on your phone in time for the confirmation text. Super unprofessional.
The receptionist answers the phone Hello and that's it. I cancelled my appointment after I had moved out of state & they sent the police after me. My phone may have butt dialed them and instead of hanging up they made a complaint to the police using what they overheard. I may have been having a hissy fit while using my computer and that is what we are calling the police for? By the way I was a cop.
I want to give a big shout out to Desi, I have been trying to find a stylist since moving to AZ 2 years ago, and I think I finally found someone!! Did a blowout first and today got a major cut and she was careful and sweet and for the second time, have felt so beautiful walking out. I can be more on the quiet side, I don’t talk much when sitting in the chair but she makes me feel really comfortable, definitely going to be a returning client of hers(:
