I can’t recommend the collective clinic enough. I have been going there for a few years to see Nisse for Botox and microneedling, and recently Ashley for a facial. Nisse is so lovely, knowledgeable, and professional, and I trust her with my face completely. I’ve never looked better than after my facial with Ashley. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks for keeping me young(ish)
I have been going to Thomas for many years for my Botox and filler treatments, and honestly, he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Recently I needed to see him to dissolve some under-eye filler that had been done by another injector before I met Thomas. I was very worried about having my tear trough filler dissolved. Ashley was so kind throughout my facial. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. You can tell she takes skin very seriously and I never had any questions on what she was doing because she explained it so well. Thank you Ashley! I am so excited to have found an amazing skincare place that makes you feel incredible inside and out.
Unfortunately, this was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional aesthetics appointments I’ve ever had. I booked specifically for dermaplaning and was very clear that I have dry, sensitive skin and wanted the treatment kept simple. Instead, multiple extra steps and products were added, and I had to repeatedly ask what was being put on my skin because very little was explained beforehand. I recently had Botox for the first time with them and it was such a positive experience! I was a little nervous but everyone was so kind and helpful. Thomas explained the procedure, we talked about my goals and set realistic expectations. I felt so comfortable with him and everyone at the clinic. I will 100% be back and highly recommend.
