I experienced very poor customer service. I drove 45 minutes, paid for parking, then waited another twenty minutes for my hair dresser to see me for my appointment. I sat in the chair for about ten minutes while she told me how she thought my hair was too damaged to do what I wanted, which was fine, but how she kept picking at my hair made my experience very awkward.
