Collection Bridal is a disappointing memory. Ordered a custom Vera Wang months in advance. When we came in for the final time to pick up the gown it was soiled, lipstick stained and had not been fitted either in the hem or the bodice. It was crumpled and by the make-up stains down the front,appeared to have been worn.This was 10 days before my daughter's wedding.We were told to go to lunch and they would clean it.Silk ball gown, where are they cleaning that ? Great service, helpful and NOT as expensive as I thought! Growing up, I would gaze at the window displays and imagine myself in the dresses but always knew it would be "too expensive" to shop there for real. When my wedding came, I wanted to check there anyway, just to see. I was totally shocked that when I told them my budget they said they were sure we could find a dress for me. Professional and Friendly Service We had a wonderful experience at The Collection. They helped me find the gown of my dreams. The staff was professional and not pushy. They found a great bridesmaid style to compliment my gown and performed excellent alterations. They made me feel like family every time I went into the store. I can't say enough about the wonderful team at The Collection! From the minute I made my appointment until I picked up my dress - I felt valued and cared for! The best part - they all listened to me.
