Update to response: Thank you; however, I have previously reached out regarding these concerns and the responses were still dismissive and defensive. I hope this feedback is considered for future residents. Thank you. I hate leaving negative reviews, but feel like I need to due to lack of professionalism (especially with the high cost of the units). I live next door to the collection pool. They allow people to play loud music and use the pool at all hours. Every time we raise a concern with them it’s blown off and we are told the volumes are acceptable. There is never any attempt to solve the problem or be good neighbors.

I lived at Bennett Townhomes for over two years. After moving out in March, I never received any communication regarding the return of our refundable security deposit. In April, I followed up by email, and Laura Rubio responded that the check would be cut and mailed that same week. We never received it. Over the following months, I continued reaching out 4 times and repeatedly received similar assurances, but no payment. On July 15, I was told the funds would instead be sent by wire transfer. Management is pretty solid on taking care of my request! love the lofts they’re very comfortable a little pricy but you pay for convenience.

I am not a rude person at all, but the team running these townhomes are either incompetent or just purposely not trying to do their job. You ask them questions, and they act confused, respond late, or don’t respond at all. They are never in the office, and never answer the phone. This entire team needs a revamp because everyone is useless.
