We resonate with the recent reviews challenging the state of "luxury" at these properties. The only star is for the maintenance team. They are the only thing keeping these cheap units together. I hope they pay them well. We have been dealing with many problems. AC out for days. Leaks. Roaches. I lived at The Collection (Cabell) for 2.5 years and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Kayla and the entire property team were always on top of things—responsive, patient, and genuinely kind. The maintenance crew was also wonderful: quick to fix any issues and always courteous.
