The price of these units is simply not worth what you receive. The exterior of the property is far more attractive than the interior, where the wear and tear on nearly everything is very noticeable. The biggest issue for me was the condition of the unit upon move in. It looked like it had not been cleaned. So glad my application was cancelled. This team is horrible and doesn’t respond to anything. Had a tour and they didn’t even bother to show up, even afterwards confirming the appointment twice. I tried to ignore the reviews, but it’s obvious that everything the tenants are saying about the management team is 100% correct. Don’t waste your time.
Do not move here. This management company is negligent, cuts corners, and doesn’t address issues before, during, and after signing your lease. •They do not send any timely emails. In one instance, they notified residents day of that painting would take place hours beforehand and that residents needed to take action. •Their leases support them, not residents. Good luck getting ahold of anyone! I’ve had such a terrible experience with trying to lease with this company. They are rude and non responsive! I have a friend who lives at one of their properties and i was thinking about dealing with issues they told me about and signing a short term lease until theirs was up to stay close. They don’t want to renew after staff changes from when they first leased a couple years ago and the terrible service ever since. Save your time and look elsewhere!
