One of the most beautiful dealers and service departments you will f8nd nationwide but dont let this fool you. It all comes at a cost. 1st and foremost you will NOT receive personal attention, the volume they support is overwhelming and it takes away from that personal service. Also the price for service is over the top. I was quoted by the service advisor for the basic 10K mile oil change $985. Making an appointment by phone to take care of a recall issue was easy, plus there were plenty of slots available even within 24 hours. Loaners weren't available, but an Uber was provided for me at no cost to take me & pick me up once my vehicle was ready. Service was completed same day (within a few hours). Staff was very courteous, helpful, & professional. They really make you feel valued as a customer.
