They never answer the phone. Never return your calls back. I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks. I’ve been leaving messages. The trinity alliance who work with them said they don’t know why they are not answering the phone or returning calls and they can’t do anything about it. They told me to contact the attorney general and complain because I have no other option of who to talk to about the company and there steps. This place has good intentions but I haven’t received a call back yet in 2 weeks.
