Hmmmm VA loan 5.25% Had to wait 6 months to refinance and I get 3.25% from another mortgage company that wanted to resign me after two weeks of signing the first time but we couldn’t because of VA rules And I quote “ Mr Limbaugh we take care of our Vets” I will now take my $200 a month extra and shop somewhere else next time
