We should have gone with CrossCountry right from the beginning. We decided to go with a different lender. 2 months later, after we discovered how dishonest and unorganized they were, we made the switch to CrossCountry. They were able to get us closed in TWO WEEKS! Unbelievable service. Steven Meyer was so great to work with. They worked very hard to get us closed in a timely manner. We definitely would have lost the home if it weren't for CrossCountry.
Our experience was amazing. A little tentative to get the home buying process going. The first person I talked to was Heather and made you feel like a friend instead of a client, was available at all hours and was on the ball with all the answers to all questions we had being first time home buyers. the Coley Rau team was great. Steve Myers was amazing. The Coley Rau team is wonderful. They were easy to work with and they were always there to answer questions and get everything done as fast as possible. Steven Meyer was awesome, went above and beyond what he needed to do. Ours was a difficult purchase as many different inspections and repairs were needed before appraiser would approve.
