Dr. Cole is the BEST doctor in Jacksonville hands down! He has always taken time to explain my MRI results, pain issues and anything I am concerned with. I have been a patient of Dr. Cole since I retired from the Navy in 2008. I don't trust anyone else. I hope and pray all is well with you and your fabulous staff! See you soon.
I have been seeing Dr. Cole for over 2 years now and he has been a GOD SEND. He got my meds in control and I can go on with my life as best I can. He is the best in the field. or Cole has been my Doctor for over 8yrs he is compassionate caring and very sincere. There is nothing that I can say about him other than he has always been there for me when I needed him I have seen him every month for 8 yrs he has been a truley caring Doctor his only concern is that his paitants dont suffer in pain. As long as they follow the law and only see 1 doctor for pain he follows the dea rules to the letter. I have never had a problem with Doctor Perry Cole every in 8 years period.
Dr Cole RUINED MY QUALITY OF LIFE!!! The only compassion in this practice comes from the amazing staff!! He ripped me off an extremely high amount of medication without weaning me down putting me into severe pain and withdrawals leaving me bed ridden and unable to care for myself much less my child without a care in the world about it. What was my "crime" .....? My home was burglarized!! Not only did I lose all my precious expensive belongings but then I lost my ability to function as well.
