I have had several calls to this company and literally EVERY SINGLE TIME they perform in an outstanding manner. They returned my call in a timely fashion, assisted on the phone in an attempt to trouble shoot my issue and then ended up coming to my home prepared with everything they would need to execute. Courteous, professional, efficient, quick, and then to top it off Nick was friendly and polite. I am happy to once again give them a 5 star rating. If this was my company I would be very proud of it.
One of my good neighbors (known for researching before considering any one contractor), recommended The Cold Truth a/c (after my normal install/repair service failed to reply for 2 days). It was already late in the day, so The Cold Truth sent a service specialist the next day. The service tech was great!!! He checked my system, verified the problem, ordered the replacement fan motor, then went to pick it up and installed it. Don't look any further - this is the only company you should work with! I've had The Cold Truth install new systems at both my previous and current house and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work, expertise, customer service, and value that they provide.

Can't say enough good things about this company!! They were referred to me by a coworker and I'm so happy I called them! I came home from vacation to an 86 degree house at the beginning of July.
