These guys are top notch, I have used them for both of my new AC unit installs and always do a wonderful job, very professional and a great price. In my opinion these are the only guys in the north Dallas area to use for your AC needs.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone! They have amazing customer service and didn’t try to rip me off like some other AC repair companies I talked to. David P. was extremely helpful. He explained everything to me so well and walked me through the issue and how they would fix it. He even answered all my questions even when I got annoying.
Cold Truth is my go to for all HVAC needs. They kept my original unit running until it was 20 years old and then worked a great deal on a brand new Trane unit. Terri is the best and will make sure the install is as smooth as possible. Nicest AC company I have ever worked with.
