They fixed my iPad mini before Christmas 2016 and it already has cracked WORSE than it was before it was fixed. They have great employees, but their screen work isn't the best. They also took 2 weeks to get the screen and 2 more days to finish replacing the screen.

Dealing with IT can often be a chore, not in this case. Dustin was absolutely amazing to work with. He encountered a rare issue in a repair which eventually led to my iPad becoming a brick. Not his fault, but actually a flaw in Apple's hardware. He continued to help me get a brand new iPad with apple, and refunded all the money I spent with the coin shop on this repair. Service like this is hard to come by these days, so thank you! It was an extremely refreshing experience.
