Thanks for yet again a fantastic breakfast. Pleasantly surprised to have iced coffee and a full bar (didn't drink alcohol today but, it's a nice option.) 45 minute wait ended up being about 35 minutes. Not too bad on a Sunday at prime time. Wait time speaks for the popularity of a place if you ask me. Plenty of room to wait outside and have a drink on the street front.
