Laid back, great coffee The coffee cottage is a great hang out and relax type of place. It is usually filled with students from the nearby George Fox University but not too crowded or loud. A great place to grab a latte and have a good conversation with a friend or enjoy a good book.
Great coffee, great food This place is awesome not only for their coffee but the food is amazing. They offer unique delicious brunch that changes weekly. It took me going there twice for them to remember my "usual". Great place!
Best Coffee Shop in the Area I love this place! They have great coffee and great food. Their breakfast specials (I remember some awesome peach waffles!!!) and coffee cake are the best, and my husband swears by their marion berry scone.
College Coffee Mainstay & Now Drive Thru in Newberg! Hooray for the Coffee Cottage Drive-Thru which just opened in another "cottage" or house a block east of the original Coffee Cottage coffeehouse. Both are local favorites serving coffee, espresso and baked goods. The original, sit-down location also has live music (lots of college bands) and sells cards and some books. My favorite coffee shop in the world – I go to The CC (Coffee Cottage) whenever I'm in Oregon. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is the best. They add little extras to their drinks - iced drinks get a dash of half/half for extra depth of flavor. Baristas add a dash of coffee syrup to tone down the bitterness.
