Paid via the table QR code and the money left my account, but staff said it didn’t show on their system. Even with a receipt and bank proof, I was asked to pay again and refused service
It's a place I always like to go and have a bite with a cup of coffee. Excellent service, helpful staff and yummy food.
The Coffee Club, Eastland have recently upgraded their furniture. It does have plenty of light coming in, from the high glass roof. Staff are efficient and friendly. The Carrot cake is a must have, delicious!
They are overpriced and the service was very poor. After making an initial mistake with our order, they made another mistake when bringing out the replacement food. The wait time was extremely long, and another customer ended up leaving because they couldn’t wait any longer. The food quality was very disappointing, especially considering the high prices for what I ordered. I would not return. I don’t usually write reviews, but our experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share it.
