Terrible service， so rude
I asked for crispy bacon I was still moving, I asked for sourbough it was 1 peice of white dry toast, coffee was cold. I asked for it to be remade and I felt like a criminal asking for bail, oops that's right here everyone gets bail....
If we are ordering an Avocado on toast and don’t eat egg then we should have the option to replace the egg with some small side. This is allowed in all cafes that we’ve ever been to in Melbourne. I was told by the staff at the coffee club Doncaster that if we are removing the egg then we cannot replace it with anything and will have to pay extra.
Standing at the counter waiting patiently whilst girl finishes her task in the cash register. I expected that once she was finished, she would take my order for an iced coffee. Instead she picked up her phone and started chatting to the girl next door while reading her phone. I walked away.
